Sparkling & Crémant

Crémant from Burgundy expresses its unique character through its bubbles and brings out the particularities of its terroir. This sparkling wine is the result of a distinct and rigorous process, still uncommon in the region despite being part of to a long tradition in Burgundy. From the beginning, Louis CHEVALLIER completed his Burgundian wine range with selected sparkling wines. Now the company is one of the most dignified representatives of Crémant de Bourgogne.

We produce Crémant de Bourgogne Brut and Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé whom are both made from a blend from the refined grapes of Burgundy (Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Noir and Gamay) which brings a lot of complexity and a nice structure.
